Hank is an amazing person. He is professional, courteous, helpful, and perhaps most importantly, an incredibly fun guy. His trips are well-planned and executed. He communicates very well throughout the entire trip process, making sure everybody knows the plan. I have had the best trips ever to a number of places, including Iceland (adventure activities), Raja Ampat (scuba diving), Bonaire (scuba diving), Cozumel (scuba diving), and the Colorado River (whitewater rafting).
