Nonrefundable Deposit Disclaimer

We understand that travel plans can change, but we ask that you carefully consider your decision before making a deposit on a trip. Once you have made a deposit, it is non-refundable. This is because we commit to our vendors a specific number of attendees, and if someone drops out, we are still responsible for paying for that space.

We understand that this may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to ensure that we can provide the best possible experience for our customers.

If you are unable to travel, you may be able to transfer your deposit to another person or to a future trip in the same calendar year. However, there may be a fee for doing so, and that is determined on a case-by-case basis. We highly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding of our non-refundable deposit policy. We want to make sure that you have a wonderful travel experience, and we believe that this policy is in the best interests of all of our customers and our small business.
