Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Policy*
Individuals
Deposits are nonrefundable and only transferable to another trip in the same calendar year. Final payments are due 120 days prior to departure date.
If a cancellation is made:
121 days or more prior to departure: loss of deposit.
120 - 91 days prior to departure: 50% of the rate is forfeited.
90 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the rate is forfeited and no refund is available unless you can find someone to fill your vacancy.
No-shows will receive no refunds or credits.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all of our Adventures.
S3 Adventures is happy to help you find a policy to give you peace of mind. Contact us for a travel insurance quote within 14 days of signing up for any adventure. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of going under deposit for any trip if you want pre-existing conditions to be covered by a policy.
