His passion for travel has taken him all over, and whether he’s scuba diving vibrant reefs, exploring new cultures, or chasing his next big adventure, Bernie approaches every experience with curiosity and excitement.

Back home in Jacksonville, Florida, Bernie often leads a thriving local LGBT outdoor adventure group, organizing group day hikes, swamp excursions and a variety of adventure activities. He’s a natural connector—someone who brings people together, creates safe and joyful spaces, and inspires others to step outside their comfort zones.

Friendly, genuine, and always ready with a smile, Bernie sets the tone for a trip that’s both fun and effortless. As your host, he’ll serve as the link between your group and the professional guides—keeping communication smooth, supporting the itinerary, and helping everyone feel right at home.
